These are the complete, open terms of the YAOQIAN launch. The same rules are enforced by the verified contract code; where this page and the code could ever differ, the code governs. The refund claim window of 10 days in section 6 is part of these terms and is disclosed here before the sale starts.
YAOQIAN (摇钱树) is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain with a fixed total supply of 1,350,000,000 tokens and no mint function. Allocation: 875,000,000 tokens for the 5,000 sale shares, 350,000,000 tokens as liquidity reserve, and 125,000,000 tokens for the treasury. At a sellout, 280,000,000 of the liquidity reserve seed the opening pool and the remaining 70,000,000 are burned in the pool-opening transaction.
The sale offers 5,000 shares: 1,000 free shares (one per Agent ID, first come first served, gated by a verified X post and a backend voucher) and 4,000 paid shares at 0.0015 BNB each. Every share — free or paid — delivers 175,000 YAOQIAN. A wallet may hold at most 11 shares in total (1 free + 10 paid). The maximum raise is 6 BNB and the maximum spend per wallet is 0.015 BNB.
The sale runs for 72 hours from contract deployment. Paid minting requires an exact payment of shares × 0.0015 BNB and a valid Agent ID. Tokens are locked (non-transferable) until the pool opens.
If all 5,000 shares are claimed, the contract automatically creates the PancakeSwap V2 pool in the same flow: 80% of the raise seeds liquidity at an opening price of twice the mint price, the LP tokens are minted to the burn address (liquidity locked forever), unused liquidity reserve is burned, and 20% of the raise goes to the treasury. After the pool opens, transfers carry a 3% buy tax and a 3% sell tax, both to the treasury; the treasury itself is tax-exempt.
If the 72 hours end without a sellout, anyone may call finalizeRefund() to open the refund phase. From that moment, 80% of every paid contribution is owed back to its buyer and each buyer claims it personally with refund(); refunds are never sent automatically and cannot be claimed by anyone else. The paid tokens of a refunding buyer are clawed back to the contract; free tokens stay locked forever because trading never opens. The project may withdraw only the amount above the outstanding refund obligation (its 20% residue) while the claim window is open.
Refund claims are open for exactly 10 days, counted from the finalizeRefund() transaction that opens the refund phase. The contract records this deadline as refundClaimDeadline and announces it in the RefundPhaseOpened event; the deadline is also displayed on the home page and in the refund guide. Within the 10 days, refund() pays exactly 80% of your contribution. After the 10 days, refund() reverts permanently (RefundWindowClosed) and the entire remaining contract balance — including refunds that were never claimed — becomes project residue withdrawable by the owner. By buying a paid share you accept this 10-day claim window.
One free share per Agent ID. The claimer must publish one of the three official post templates on X, containing the contract address, #YAOQIAN #ProofOfAgent #AgentID #BNBChain and the fund-safety statement; the backend verifies the post over free public routes and issues a short-lived EIP-712 voucher. Each Agent ID, each X username and each X post can be used exactly once, enforced on-chain. Free claims are first come first served until the 1,000 free shares are exhausted.
Crypto assets are volatile and this launch can fail, in which case section 5 and the 10-day window of section 6 apply. Smart contracts carry technical risk despite testing and source verification. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and no return is promised or implied.
